Related Organizations

TADP works with other organizations across the nation to achieve the goal of death penalty repeal. TADP is an affiliate member of the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty, sharing information and develop strategy with states across the country. TADP also works with Murder Victims’ Families for Human Rights and Murder Victims’ Families for Reconciliation in order to learn about the needs of surviving family members of murder and how to address those needs while opposing the death penalty. Witness to Innocence and The Innocence Project not only provide information concerning wrongful convictions, but facilitate speaking events for those convicted of crimes that they did not commit  to share their stories and opposition to the death penalty. TADP works with other partners including Amnesty International, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Catholic Public Policy Commission, and the ACLU to address the problems inherent in the death penalty system. In order to stay informed and up-to-date, TADP consults the Death Penalty Information Center for the latest facts, figures, and articles on the death penalty nationwide.
